centre

31 of those 'lifestyle' shops
41 of those 'food and drink' shops
That also includes a cinema.
The complex is approx 1,000,000sq ft
which cost around £350 million
The covered streets are supposed to
integrate the centre with the streetscape of Leeds itself
It was the first major retail
development outside of London since the downturn in the economy.

155,000 sq ft Marks and Spencers and a
90,000 sq ft Primark.

The Everyman cinema is the first
Everyman cinema to be built outside of London,
it's marketed as a boutique cinema
which has 380 seats.
Chapman Taylor, a leading architectural
designer lead the design.
An estimated 1000 construction workers
worked on the development of Trinity.
An estimated 3,000 job roles were made
because of the opening of Trinity.
Trinity aimed to recycle 90% of
construction waste.
They replanted 300 new trees in
association with the Woodland Trust
