Although I had tried out a few simple logo ideas already when I was making the texture designs, I wanted to spend time making more well crafted logos and thinking how they look in context when on the packaging. I like the idea of combining text into a shape or line to make the type more of an image. I liked the way these were going but I thought they looked a bit too long, so I simplified it by starting to use the initials of the brand, Y&C
