After seeing the article about the children's mental health crisis and discovering Natasha Devon, who runs workshops about self esteem aimed at young children, I found an article about Natasha Devons manifesto to try and combat the mental illness 'epidemic' in young people.
1 - A teachers toolkit
Schools should encourage the teaching of skills that can help with a childs mental health and wellbeing, I think this is where my book/pack could easily come in and be used as a tool to help children who are struggling.
2 - Compulsory mental health training for school nurses.
3 - Official guides on the DONT'S for lessons on mental health
4 - A mental 5 a day
Doing a few things per day to benefit your own mental health, relaxation time to de-stress and gather yourself.
